  Se a resposta à pergunta filosófica fundamental e generalizada: O que é real? não está em dar uma razão pela qual algo é, e se ela não abandona seu caráter de pergunta e se concentra na tentativa pragmaticamente bem-sucedida ou malsucedida de lidar com essa pergunta "O que é real?" como algo desconhecido e dificilmente controlável (o inconsciente como o que é real), onde estamos agora? Esperávamos que uma consideração sobre a temporalidade nos desse uma nova visão sobre o que é real.
